Client Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Please email me at isabelstillflame@gmail.com or use the reschedule link provided in your confirmation.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and no-shows are non-refundable.
I understand that life happens. If there are emergency circumstances, feel free to reach out. Compassion is always part of the process.
If I Need to Reschedule
In rare cases, I may need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer timely rescheduling options that work for you.
Refunds
All sessions are non-refundable once completed.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, I welcome direct communication and will address concerns with sincerity and integrity.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to any client at my sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where the energetic alignment, safety, or mutual respect of the session would be compromised.
